Experience #LifeatRealChem.What You’ll DoResponsible for exceptional client service and account management activities for 3-4 accountsIn collaboration with account associate, senior management and project management staff, drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communicationsParticipates in development of clients’ marketing strategies and tactics; collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure consensus around tactics’ scope and approachSupport overall account development, resourcing fiscal performance and growthSupport day-to-day client contact in executing ad hoc requests and delivering planned activities and materialsDevelop draft scope of works, contracts, presentations, creative briefs, PR and marketing materials and other internal/external communicationsEnsure client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across deliverables and internallyDocument status and otherwise communicate need-to-know information to all project stakeholders to ensure progression along critical pathSets meetings, provides agendas and contact reportsAbility to run client calls or meetings independentlyManage account finances; must be able to track budget, raise invoices and POsWhat You Should HaveHighly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks based on priorities and a strong attention to detailIndependent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaborationProfessional presence, performs with a sense of urgency and with a client service orientationHas confidence to manage upward when required; able to communicate with managers when deadlines will not be met or when issues are foreseeableHigh energy, able to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environmentDemonstrated strong work ethic, with a track record of following through on client requests and with high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budgetHas good understanding of social media vehicles and is comfortable managing and drafting communications around themStrong written and oral communication and presentations skillsGood management of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) – particularly PowerPointExcellent business communication ability including informal/formal presentation and writing skills; this includes confident public speaking both internally and externally with clients, vendors, and affiliatesAbility to mentor junior staff and delegate accordingly in order to achieve project deadlinesAble to communicate with managers when deadlines will not be metAble to devise and articulate solutions to problems on an ongoing basisAble to clearly communicate project updates, scopes and recommendations to clientsAbility to develop project scopes and client and vendor contractsDemonstrated experience with media monitoring, research and taking on projects with limited supervisionBA or equivalent work experience requiredPay Range$60,000-$75,000This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
