MG Electric, a leading electrical subcontractor, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Superintendentto oversee large multi-unit construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the electrical trade, proven leadership in managing sizable teams, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency with construction management software, including Procore, is essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight: Manage all phases of large-scale, multi-unit electrical projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate field teams, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.Collaboration: Work closely with General Contractors, project managers, and other trades to align schedules and resolve issues proactively.Budget & Deadline Management: Monitor project progress against established budgets and deadlines, implementing strategies to address challenges effectively.Technical Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of the electrical trade to guide installations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with codes and regulations.Software Utilization: Utilize construction management tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam to manage documentation, schedules, and communication efficiently.Safety Compliance: Ensure all job sites adhere to MG Electric’s safety policies and OSHA regulations.QualificationsExperience: Minimum 7 years in the electrical trade, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or similar leadership role.Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in electrical systems, codes, and large-scale project requirements.Software Skills: Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other relevant construction management tools.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams across multiple munication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with GCs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address project challenges swiftly and anization: Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package, including benefits and career advancement opportunities.Be part of a reputable and growing company committed to excellence in the electrical subcontracting industry.Opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 per year401(k)Health insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:LA County (Required)Ability to Relocate: LA County (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
