Their high-speed, precision systems are known for performance, reliability, and long-term value, backed by steady investment in new technology and growth.This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll guide a global engineering team at an exciting time—shaping the next generation of products, strengthening design capabilities, and driving performance and sustainability. You’ll lead three managers and about 20 engineers across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, with responsibility for new product development, value engineering, compliance, and manufacturability. Success here comes from collaboration with operations, supply chain, and sales, along with the ability to raise the bar on engineering design, inspire international teams, and mentor future leaders.ResponsibilitiesLead a global engineering team (three managers and ~20 engineers) across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.Oversee new product development, value engineering, compliance, and manufacturability.Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales to raise engineering design standards and drive performance and sustainability.Mentor and develop future leaders while strengthening design capabilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred. Lean Six Sigma training a plus (Black Belt ideal).At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams, with a track record of cross-functional and global collaboration.10+ years in technical machinery or OEM environments, ideally with exposure to high-speed rotating equipment.Strong skills with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor or similar), solid understanding of ISO/ANSI drafting standards, and familiarity with gear design, power transmission, and PLC systems.Proven success in new product development, design for manufacturability, and continuous improvement—linking engineering outcomes to business growth and customer value.Note: Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship to be considered for employment.
