The district is 25 miles west from Chicago and serves the suburban communities of Bloomingdale, Roselle, Medinah, and Addison. Along with small class sizes, award-winning schools, highly ranked educational programs, and a strong financial position, District 13 ensures that students are afforded the very best educational opportunities. The schools are supported by highly qualified and dedicated staff, involved parents and community, and a committed Board of Education. The current superintendent is retiring as of June 30, 2026 after serving in this capacity since 2012. The new superintendent will begin July 1, 2026. The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $240,000.
