As the eDiscovery Attorney at Jackson Lewis reporting directly to the Director, eDiscovery Attorney, you will focus on the following tasks:Managing eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations & investigationsDeveloping workflows for eDiscovery review platforms including Relativity and proprietary vendor platforms, and incorporating eDiscovery data analytics tools into those workflows including TAR, predictive coding, and Early Case Assessment. Advising legal, compliance and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues & strategies that comply with the relevant policies, laws and regulations arising in connection with litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiriesProviding support to case teams on eDiscovery-related negotiations and motion practice.Assisting clients with updating their internal eDiscovery workflows. Working in the framework of eDiscovery processes and current & evolving eDiscovery technologies in conjunction with other disciplines, including Information Governance, Data Protection, Data Security, IT, ComplianceIdentifying and escalating improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures as necessaryServing as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics and helping with the on-boarding and training of new and existing customersImplementing custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidence for clientsCreating and refining standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols, training guides and review workflowsFor California, the expected salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $165,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.For Washington, the expected salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $165,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
