UKG Dimensions Senior Consultant

OverviewInfosys is seeking a Senior Consultant expert with UKG Dimensions experience. The position will primarily be responsible for creating the high-level design artifacts as well as detailed solution design, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation/enhancements, deployments, validating requirements with product offerings, as well as working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. The position will interface with key stakeholders and apply Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-level design artifacts and detailed solution design.Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation/enhancements and deployments.Validate requirements with product offerings and work with stakeholders for product customization terface with key stakeholders and apply Kronos domain and technical proficiency across project stages (requirements elicitation, architecture definition, and design).Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degreeCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT, or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. Travel within the US may be required.4+ years of Information Technology experienceAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD ApplicationsGood experience in Kronos WFC/WFD with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance and Activities modulesExperienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFD with middle layers like Dell BoomiKnowledge of workforce management disciplines including Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, and Activity trackingAbility to drive and manage stakeholder communicationCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationsPractical experience/Exposure to Workforce DimensionsExperience on UKG Workforce Central configurations and process flowsDirect client interaction experience during Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, etc.Experience with integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML Imports, Web services and standard import tablesExperience in data conversions using import tables and XML Imports with analysis and debugging skillsKronos Functional/Technical Consultant with implementation experience (at least 2 projects) and upgrade experience (at least 1 project)Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals and ActivitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationThe job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
