Our unified commerce platform is built for big, supporting all types of events, from festivals to global arena tours, and an almost limitless suite of commerce offerings beyond admission tickets.The RoleWe’re looking for a Recruiting Manager with years of experience using Rippling’s ATS to lead full-cycle recruiting at Tixr. In this role, you’ll manage the hiring process end-to-end — from top-of-funnel sourcing and screening, to advising hiring managers, to closing offers and onboarding new team members.You’ll work directly with leaders across all functions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. You’ll liaise with finance to manage approvals and comp packages, and partner with our third-party recruiting firm to accelerate hiring for priority roles.As we grow, you’ll take ownership of the employee lifecycle and help out with onboarding and off-boarding processes that expand into HR and People Ops initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and can balance execution with process improvement.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting across all functions (sourcing → hire) in Rippling ATS.Serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers, shaping job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate evaluation.Manage candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Liaise with finance for comp package approvals and offer alignment.Collaborate with external recruiting support for candidate sourcing and pipeline management.Take ownership of onboarding and off-boarding, refining processes as we scale.Support HR/People Ops initiatives (e.g., performance programs, employee engagement) as bandwidth allows.QualificationsMust have advanced experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 3+ years).4–6 years of recruiting/HR experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.Proven track record managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions.Strong relationship-builder with executives, hiring managers, and anized, detail-oriented, and fortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting terest in expanding into broader People Ops and HR leadership responsibilities.The PerksRemote OkayPaid Health Benefits ($0 Premiums)Open Vacation401k (50% match up to 3%)Paid EquipmentEducation StipendPaid Holidays & Birthdays OffTeam Offsites / EventsTixr is the largest, fastest-growing, privately-held primary ticketing and live event commerce marketplace in the world.
