Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2+ years litigation experience inone or moreof the following *****Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Auto, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment.Open to both Plaintiff's or Defense side experience.
