Now, we’re looking for a drivenPurchasing Supervisorto lead our procurement team and help us scale smarter, faster, and more sustainably.This role is required to be onsite.What You’ll Do As our Purchasing Supervisor, you’ll be the linchpin of our supply chain operations—ensuring that materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our production goals. You’ll lead a team of buyers and clerks, build strong supplier relationships, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives across Elma.Your impact will include: Leading daily purchasing operations and mentoring procurement staff Developing supplier contracts and managing VMI agreements Aligning material commit dates with production and sales schedules Monitoring market trends and recommending sourcing strategies Negotiating cost reductions and resolving supplier disputes Reporting KPIs and supporting internal/external audits Managing inventory levels and overseeing obsolete stock dispositionWhat You Bring We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 3–5 years of purchasing experience in electronics or high-tech manufacturing Proven leadership experience in procurement (supervisory preferred) Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills ERP and MS Office proficiency ISM or APICS certification (a plus!)Why Elma?
