If you’re someone who’s ready to learn, contribute, and be part of something bigger, we’d love to have you on board.Position OverviewTheLegal Counselwill provide day-to-day legal support to the company, assisting senior legal counsel in handling contract management, and general corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will have1–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.Key ***** Contract Review and *****Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize standard contracts including NDAs, vendor and customer agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts under supervision. Compliance and Regulatory *****Assist with monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies, including data privacy, employment, anti-corruption, and industry-specific regulations. Legal Research and *****Conduct legal research and provide timely, concise, and accurate legal advice to internal departments on routine matters, escalating complex issues to senior counsel as appropriate. Corporate *****Support corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, drafting resolutions, and supporting board and committee meetings. Risk Management and Litigation *****Assist in assessing legal risks, developing mitigation strategies, and supporting litigation or dispute resolution matters, including document collection and liaising with external counsel. Policy *****Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines to align with current legal standards and best practices.Qualifications & ***** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Korean/English bilingual a plus but not required Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required). 1–3 years of experience as legal counsel, associate attorney, or equivalent role, preferably in a corporate setting or commercial law practice. Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills. Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
