Your main goal is to create a positive and seamless environment for both our guests and staff. You will manage our front-of-house team, drive sales, and ensure our spa runs perfectly.*****Manage and motivate our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service. Drive sales of memberships and our curated retail products. Oversee daily operations, including inventory and scheduling. Ensure every guest's experience is seamless and positive. Work every other weekend to lead during our busiest hours.*****Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. Exceptional people skills and a talent for building a great team culture. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
