Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to define scope of work. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Partner with project managers to provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and competitive. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and methods; contribute to continuous improvement in estimating practices.What We’re Looking For7–10 yearsof experience in construction and estimating. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with estimating software and tools.
