Develop monthly project forecasts, cash flows, and variance explanations. Prepare payment applications and cost profiles. Review and process change orders in accordance with client approval procedures. Review and facilitate approval of project invoices. Support the annual budgeting process.***** Bachelor’s degree with5+ years of project controls or cost management experience. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPointrequired; experience withPower BIpreferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
