As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a driven and resourceful Office Manager & Administrative Coordinator to be the backbone of our daily operations and a key partner in shaping our company culture.This is not your typical admin role—at Celero, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats, work closely with leaders across the company, and collaborate with international teams. You’ll ensure our office runs smoothly, our employees are supported, and our customers and visitors experience the best of who we are. For someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this role offers the chance to make a big impact at the ground level of a company that’s redefining its industry.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management Maintain a professional office environment that reflects Celero’s standards, including branding and logo displays. Coordinate arrangements for customer visits, internal meetings, and company events. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring supplies, printers, and equipment are well-stocked and functional. Manage vendor relationships, including coffee and water service, office furniture, and storage.Administrative Support Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for employees and visitors. Prepare, polish, and format PowerPoint presentations; design templates for presentations and Word documents. Process expense reports and manage office purchasing needs. Coordinate employee-related materials.HR & Employee Experience Support employee onboarding, including workspace setup and training coordination. Assist with HR processes such as performance reviews, employee training schedules, and interview coordination. Help plan and manage trade shows and corporate events.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office ***** PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Proven ability to collaborate with international teams (U.S., Canada, Argentina). Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
