As part of our Amusement Planning and Procurement team, we’re looking for a Crane Buyer who is fluent in Japanese and English to help source and manage high-performing merchandise for our crane machines. This role blends strategy, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with vendors, store teams, and marketing to ensure our cranes are stocked with exciting, on-trend items that resonate with our guests.Key ***** Manage vendor relationships and communications in Japanese and English Curate merchandise based on trends, customer feedback, and store performance Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory forecasts Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and operations to support product rollouts Maintain procurement systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms What We’re Looking ***** Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) Strong knowledge of anime, Japanese culture, and pop culture trends Advanced Excel skills for forecasting and inventory tracking Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A creative, adaptable mindset with a collaborative spirit Bonus Points ***** Experience in buying, sourcing, or procurement (especially in retail or entertainment) Background in customer service or retail environments Starting ***** $22–$26/hr based on experience Insurance ***** Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with competitive deductibles and benefit amounts.
