*****Associate Financial PlannerSalary: $60,000-$80,000+ 10% bonus *****Boston, MA, and Westwood, MA offices Hybrid/In-Office ***** 2 days per week in Boston and 1 day per week in Westwood through the remainder of 2025. Beginning in 2026, the schedule shifts to 1 day per week in Boston and 2 days per week in Westwood.We are partnering with a nationally recognized independent wealth management firm seeking anAssociate Financial Plannerto join their team. This role is designed for professionals with several years of work experience who are ready to build a long-term career in financial planning. The Associate Financial Planner will support senior advisors with client planning, meeting preparation, and ongoing client service, while developing the technical and interpersonal skills to grow into an advisor role.What You’ll Do Collaborate with senior advisors to prepare financial plans, retirement projections, investment analyses, and cash flow models. Attend client meetings, capture key action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Handle client service tasks, including onboarding, account openings, transfers, money movement, and maintenance across custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.). Update and maintain planning software (eMoney or MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems with client data. Research financial planning strategies and develop recommendations for advisors and clients. Provide operational and administrative support to deliver a seamless client experience. Partner with internal teams across investments, planning, and operations to support integrated client service.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred). ~5 years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in financial planning or wealth management preferred. CFP designation or active progress toward CFP certification strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial planning software such as eMoney is a strong plus.
