This role offers hands-on experience in import operations, documentation review, and regulatory research within a dynamic and fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work. Essential Job Responsibilities Communicate with overseas teams to investigate and document the root causes of late Importer Security Filing (ISF) submissions. Follow up with international partners to obtain missing customs documentation or request corrections to inaccurate documents, ensuring timely submission to the customs broker. Assist in completing Notice of Arrival forms for shipments subject to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. Help maintain records of customs filings and audit trails. Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives. Ad hoc projects as assigned.
