We are a well-established defense firm seeking aLitigation Associate Attorney with 2–6 years of experienceto join our dynamic team. Our practice covers abroad range of complex litigation mattersincluding commercial disputes, environmental actions, employment cases, and class actions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives on variety and wants to handle meaningful, high-stakes litigation without overwhelming billable hour demands. ***** Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and briefs with precision and advocacy. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in mediations and trial. Work directly with clients to provide strategic advice and case updates. Collaborate with experienced litigators (many with BigLaw backgrounds) to develop trial strategies and refine litigation skills.Ideal ***** 2–6 yearsof litigation experience (complex commercial, employment, environmental, or class actions preferred). Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling diverse civil matters is a plus. Attorneys withBigLaw trainingare encouraged to apply, though it is not required. Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.Salary and Other Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position is$180,000 – $250,000, plus eligibility fordiscretionary annual bonuses.
