Well established and growing company in Delaware has an exciting opportunity available for a General Mgr.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across all *****Sales, Manufacturing, and Accounting Manage plant ***** extrusion, production planning, quality, and logistics Drive business growth through customer engagement and market development Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and safety Qualifications 7–10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing Background inextrusion or high-performance plasticsis a must. Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering results Strong grasp of financial management and operational KPIs Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing tools.
