Accuratelydocument complaint detailsin the company database in compliance with FDA and ISO regulations. Ask the right questions to gather accurate product and event details while maintaining apositive customer experience. Escalate urgent or critical issues promptly to the right teams. Deliver clear, courteous, and timely responses while protecting theconfidentialityof patient, customer, and proprietary information. Stay logged in and available for calls during assigned shifts. Ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Act as anew hire training partner, helping onboard and mentor colleagues. Support training coordination for new and existing associates. Handle interactions professionally to drivecustomer satisfaction. Perform duties in alignment with all applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and company values.✅ What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and document accurately.
