Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a dynamic and inclusive environment. About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing personalized behavior plans, collecting data on client progress, and providing one-on-one support to help individuals develop essential life skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement tailored behavior plans Collect and record detailed data on client behavior and progress, using industry-standard software Deliver high-quality, individualized support to clients with ASD, promoting independence and confidence Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for clients and staff alike Help children develop vital skills, such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills Requirements: A reliable means of transportation to travel to client homes and other locations An abundance of energy, creativity, and playfulness Tech-savviness, with the ability to learn and utilize data collection software and basic office tools Why This Role Matters: This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children with ASD.
