We're growing fast and looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our team and bring their artistry, precision, and love of sweets to life. What You’ll Do:Design, bake, and decorate high-end pastries, custom cakes, entremets, and plated desserts. Work closely with our founder and creative team to execute new seasonal collections and wedding masterpieces. Maintain immaculate standards for flavor, texture, and presentation. Manage daily production, inventory, and prep for weekend orders and events. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and consistency across all pastry operations. We’re Looking For Someone Who:Has at least 1 + years of experience in a professional pastry or cake studio. Is confident with cake construction , tier stacking, fondant, mirror glazes, and detailed decoration. Has a great eye for detail , is calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Is a team player but can also lead and mentor junior staff if needed. Brings creativity, flexibility, and a love of innovation.
