Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a healthcare facility in Chicago to staff an Executive Assistant role to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Nursing Executive.Executive Assistant Location: Chicago, IL Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30am 4:00pm Pay Range: $32 $40 per hour Type: Temp-to-Hire Requirements: Proof of vaccinations, including COVID-19 and fluAbout the RoleThe Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) plays a vital role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations. This position requires a highly organized professional who can handle confidential information, manage complex schedules, and serve as a liaison across multiple departments and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, edit, and prepare confidential correspondence, memos, and meeting minutes.Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and mail distribution.Provide complex calendar management, including scheduling, meeting preparation, catering, and materials distribution.Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.Monitor budgets and ledger details for accuracy, process invoices and purchase orders, and track variances.Maintain office supply inventory and oversee resource requests for new employees.Prepare and design executive-level presentations and reports using advanced Microsoft Office applications.Maintain personnel files, licensure/certification lists, and continuing education municate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, physicians, and staff, serving as liaison for the CMO and CNE.Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.710 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, including at least 3 years supporting senior-level executives.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, confidential environment.Preferred:Previous experience in healthcare administration.
