Packaging Development Specialist (El Segundo)

Job Responsibilities:Track New Product Development timeline and follow-up on deliverablesAssist in research and develop packaging componentsMINDS (Packaging Spec System) supportManage first production samples receive and ship packages to/from suppliers and Company plants, create organization system for team by categoryLead a complexity 1 or 2 level project to learn Development Launch processAttend development meetings and recap follow-upsValue Analysis support to plant and teamSupport sustainability packaging projects and manage report communicationInterface with all operations and manufacturing teamsPerform other duties as necessary or required.What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:3-5 years of proven professional experience in package development, product development, operations, project management or a closely related field.Excellent analytical skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, detail-oriented, and confident with project management.Strong prioritization, time management, coordination, and follow-up skills.Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) able to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation, materials, and information efficiently.Professional and energetic with a positive attitude.Ability to self-manage and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Prior packaging background is a significant plus
