Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, client-focused insurance professional who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and managing accounts with precision and care.As an Account Manager, youll work closely with producers, carriers, and clients to manage renewals, process changes, and handle day-to-day service requests? What Youll DoServe as the liaison for an assigned book of commercial clientsHandle renewals, endorsements, COIs, billing, and policy changesReview coverage and proactively recommend updates to protect clients interestsCommunicate directly with carriers to resolve service and claims issuesSupport producers with quoting and marketing as neededMaintain accurate documentation in our AMSEnsure high retention by building strong, trusted relationships with clients What We Are Looking ForAt least 3+ Years of Commercial P&C account management experience.Strong understanding of small business commercial insurance needs.Property & Casualty license (required)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBased in Georgia and able to work in-office in DuluthSALARY RANGE : $60k-$80k- Yearly The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
