Pizza Cook

Job Summary: The Pizza cook/Line cook is responsible for making pizzas, salads and starters. This role requires experience with duties such as inventory rotation, food preparation, cleanliness, customer service and teamwork. This position works closely with the front-of-house team to ensure all orders are consistently correct and that we are always exceeding guest expectations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Rotation Ensure proper rotation of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment Ensure the kitchen is adequately stocked and waste is minimized Food Preparation Prepare and present dishes following all recipes and presentation standards Ensure all prep lists are completed in a timely manner Cleanliness Maintain an organized and clean environment Follow all cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and report any deficiencies promptly Follow appropriate food handling procedures and standards Teamwork Collaborate with coworkers to provide a best-in-class experience for our guests Work directly with the Chef and Owners to ensure a supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory work environment.  Qualifications: Friendly and outgoing attitude Ability to work 4 night services per week (THUR-SUN) Availability on weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices Ability to take direction Good communication skills
