Business Analyst - HYBRID

Check out our benefits and company information at Job Description : Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and plan/execute upcoming sprints Build internal Salesforce applications for business customers Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help development teams and end users visualize requirements Interview internal users to understand feature usage and business problems Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features Collaborate with Developers, Application Architects, and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom development and integrations Manage product demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify improvements Lead process flow analysis and process redesign Document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications, diagrams, and workflows Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests Create or update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical specifications per client requirements Work with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures Perform QA testing to meet project demands Assist with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions Ensure strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, and testing Required Skills and Experience: 5 years of Business Analyst experience in a structured software development environment (required) 3 years of QA testing experience in a structured software development environment (required) 2 years of Agile software development experience (required) Business Analyst Certification (required) Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (highly desired) Bachelor’s Degree (highly desired) US Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
