We're Hiring: Business Analyst – B2B Operations & Documentation (Korean Bilingual) Location : Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Onsite: Mon–Thu mandatory, Fri flexible) Contract Duration : 12 months Language Requirement : Bilingual – Korean & English (Read, Write, Speak) About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Business Analyst to join our B2B CARE team. This role supports internal documentation, service planning, and operational tracking for a customer-facing business unit. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth internal processes and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Attend internal meetings, take notes, and summarize key points for leadership Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and internal reports Track team activities and support CRM/backend operations Assist in preparing business review materials and strategic documentation Collaborate with regional managers and support follow-up actions for B2B customers What We’re Looking For 3+ years of administrative/project support experience in B2B environments Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (read/write/speak) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Google Sheets ; familiarity with Canva is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Join Us?
