Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Unarmed Security Gate Attendant located in Pauma Valley, CA. The Unarmed Security Gate Attendant will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the premises, ensuring the safety and security of the residents and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include checking identification, managing visitor logs, incident reporting and monitoring, dispatching, and responding to any security-related incidents. Qualifications Private Security, Personnel Security, and Physical Security skills Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise Strong observational and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle security equipment and technology efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure Previous experience in security roles is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Active listening and observation skills. Other Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States. Must have access to reliable transportation. Must not use illegal drugs and must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment). Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Compensation: Salary: $18.13- $23.71/hour depending on experience.
