Your role will be instrumental in optimizing operational workflows and leveraging the ideal technology to drive trading success.What You Will Accomplish:Take ownership of existing trading processes, identifying and championing crucial enhancements to technology and workflows.Become intimately familiar with traders' risk management strategies and toolsets, providing proactive support and solutions.Drive the continuous improvement and support of traders' tools, integrating firm-standard technologies effectively.Collaborate intensively with technology partners to refine and build tools that precisely meet the evolving needs of trading desks.Be at the forefront of adopting and integrating new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Master proprietary trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk management systems essential for supporting futures, options, and crypto assets.Ensure meticulous trade and position reconciliation across clearing houses, counterparties, and brokers.Oversee daily PnL calculation, ensuring its accuracy and providing clear substantiation.Deliver dedicated operational expertise to the firms dynamic crypto asset trading operations.The Ideal Candidate Profile:Essential: Demonstrable working knowledge and hands-on experience in the crypto asset space.Experience with Python and Linux environments (python highly preferred) Industry Experience: 2-3 years in a front office, middle office, back office, or risk management capacity within a dynamic trading environment, covering exchange-traded and OTC products/derivatives.Experience working specifically with derivatives is highly preferred.Stakeholder Management: Substantial prior interaction with front-office traders and senior management in a live, fast-paced trading setting.Educational Foundation: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.Personal Attributes: A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, analyze complex problems, and implement effective, synthesized solutions.
