Supply Planning Analyst (Weston)

Position: Analyst, Supply PlanningContract: 15 Months (with potential for extension)Location: Weston, FL (On-site)We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst, Supply Planning to join our Supply Chain team. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role focused on supporting daily supply planning operations by ensuring accurate and timely inventory and material this position, you will perform essential transactional tasks that keep our supply planning function running efficiently. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to track inventory movements, manage documentation, and resolve discrepancies within the system.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess consumption orders and accurately record supplier receiptsReconcile physical inventory with ERP system recordsVerify invoices against received goods to ensure consistencyMonitor stock movements and update inventory for returns and inspectionsIdentify and escalate data discrepancies or inventory issuesFollow established SOPs under the direction of senior team membersSupport the Supply Planner by handling daily execution tasks, enabling focus on strategic initiativesWhat You'll GainFoundational knowledge of supply chain planning and operationsHands-on experience with ERP and inventory management systemsCross-functional exposure to procurement, logistics, and quality teamsA development path toward more strategic roles in supply planningQualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsBasic understanding of supply chain principles preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business applicationsA proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
