Together, let's build a community where every student can reach their full potential.*ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS THROUGH FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th, 5:00pm PSTWhat Youll Do: As our Recruiting Specialist, youll be the engine behind talent acquisition across our core service areas for specialized education professionals. We serve California and Colorado school systems to augment district needs and student population demands.Source creatively: Use advanced sourcing methods beyond job boardsBoolean search, niche platforms, social media, alumni networks, and associations.Engage and build pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong national network of special education and related services professionals.Attend and represent: Participate in university recruiting events, job fairs, and professional conferences (virtual and occasional in-person) throughout the U.S.Full-cycle recruiting: Manage the entire lifecyclefrom intake and sourcing, to pre-screening and interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding handoff.Track and optimize: Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and refine processes based on what works.Must-Have Qualifications:2+ years of allied healthcare recruiting experience, as well as3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or RPO setting, Experience recruiting for specialized education professionals (e.g., speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, occupational/physical therapist, mental health therapist or special education teachers)Proven track record of creative sourcing in niche and national marketsExperience with university outreach and event-based recruitingSkilled at building candidate rapport and navigating offer negotiationsFamiliar with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotelyWhy Join Us?Mission-driven work that directly supports students and schoolsCollaborative and regular interaction with executive leadershipWere expanding nationally, implementing and scaling best practicesYour voice has volume here!
