Construction Estimator (Austin)

A client of ours based in Austin, Tx, are looking for a Construction Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for projects, ensuring that project goals are met within the given budget. This involves providing precise cost estimates and considering all of the project requirements. The Estimator will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure the best value for the client. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experienceProven experience in providing estimates for ground up/TI commercial construction projects5+ years experience in Construction Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in the use of Bluebeam and Onscreen takeoffExcellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projectsFamiliarity with the building codes and regulations of the local areaThe ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
