OverviewiCertis ConsultantThe primary role is to ensure that Icertis (CLMS) Contract Life Cycle Management System and business processes supporting Icertis are functioning in accordance with Client Corporate CLMS policies. Involve in performing diagnostic actions to determine workarounds solutions. Initiate Service Management processes, including Problem Management, to resolve the incident. With a focus on operational efficiencies and scalability of the system supports across the CLMS Procurement OperationResponsibilitiesiCertis Key Responsibilities list what the person will be doing on a day-to-day basisProject Management Knowledge background in software industry products services applications within depth knowledge of SCM products services applications and specifically in CLM ApplicationsExperience working with external vendors strong project management skills and demonstrated success in Managing the clients and controlling the deliverables in an implementation and support setting.Work with other business units including Integrations Operations and Customer Success Care Teams as required to ensure strong customer satisfaction.Excellent communication presentation skillsProviding Level 2 and Level 3 support and managing escalations as appropriate.Coordinate with Icertis in case any issues Debugging needs to coordinate with L3Manage Business User Communication as well as Internal Team Cross functional Team CommunicationsEnsure 1st level resolution leveraging SoPs.E2E Management through coordination with various technical teamsTicket creation for L3 Support.Managing the transactional activities and monitoring the changes and identifying the issue before others.1st level automation solutions through SOP and Runbook automationKeep FAQs up to date around new releases and functionalitySupport on basic Icertis functionalitiesTechnical root cause analysis and document workaroundsProvide technical issue details impact assessments and test case detailsCoordinate with Icertis Product team for resolution of any code related issuesDevelop workarounds if bugs are identifiedFollow Business Change Control process including validation activities.Additional scopeEfficient in Client Handling and Daily call with Vendor CustomerGood Communication and possess customer handling skills.Good Knowledge on Integration Management with any ERP systemShould have mentality to work Independently and resolve ticket within SLAAble to handle Escalation and Critical IssueResources should be aware about Change Management Coupa CLMA Contract Lifecycle Management and Contact Publishing Power Author and Template creationShould be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills iCertisNice to have Skills CLMS and CLMAEssential Skills Contract Management and Project ManagementSalary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
