OverviewSenior Product Marketing Manager, ProvidersHeadway’s mission is a big one – to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. We’ve built technology that helps people find great therapists with the first software-enabled national network of providers accepting insurance. 1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career.Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.Role and responsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Marketer on our Provider team, you’ll accelerate growth of our provider products and support product marketing to build a world-class GTM engine.Act as a key voice of the customer internally and collaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, new product releases, and enable the growth team to market and sell our provider product.Become an expert on a subset of our provider product — develop a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Lead and support product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, sales, CX, ops).Drive and support provider positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of growth motions.Qualifications5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech with a SMB focus.Empathetic and relationship-obsessed with internal collaborators and customers.Strong track record of driving quantifiable results.Preference for an environment that fosters growth through open feedback and high autonomy.Thrives in the unknown, eager to dive into unfamiliar challenges, learn new skills, and drive toward solutions.Motivated by improving access to mental healthcare and making a positive pensation and benefitsThe expected base pay range for this position is $163,200 - $192,000, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
