Real Chemistry is seeking an SVP, Group Strategy Director to join our growing team. This hybrid role can be based in any US office (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco) or work remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.About Real Chemistry and 21GRAMS: Real Chemistry is a global healthcare communications and marketing agency. 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, focuses on making healthcare more human through advertising and client relationships, guided by the principle: “Be good to each other, but hard on the work.”What you’ll doLead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs to effectively communicate the brand story.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Creative, Project Management) to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns with measurable results.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in omnichannel marketing and translate insights into strategy.Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and contribute to client campaign success.Design and facilitate workshops; lead tactical and brand planning.Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.Drive innovation in brand strategy and marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.Establish KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of brand initiatives and inform future strategies.Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members to foster collaboration and continuous learning.This position is a perfect fit for you ifValues: Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, Accountability with an “I”.You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable adjusting scope as the company grows.You are proactive, driven, and skilled at prioritizing and analyzing data.You are highly organized and able to work independently under tight deadlines.What you should haveBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.10+ years of experience in Brand Strategy or related roles within an advertising agency; proven track record of successful brand strategies.Strong leadership with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.Pay range$270,000 - $290,000 USD. Compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
