Uplift, Inc is hiring a Director of Shared Living & Supported Living to provide support, supervision, and guidance to all staff and services in our Shared Living and Supported Living programs. Shared Living Responsibilities: Provide overall responsibility for marketing, onboarding, program development, regulation compliance, and quality assurance for the Shared Living program. Set up Therap for new providers, and on-going monitoring QA of provider documentation. Submission of billing to Finance for provider payments Monthly contacts to include at least bi-monthly in-home visits at sites Provider recruitment Facilitation of short-term respite placements Home safety visits Participate in MACSP and other groups for Shared Living Supported Living Responsibilities: Work with Providers, In-home DSP staff and case managers to ensure all documentation is completed as required to provide high quality services Assures adequate records are maintained to include the Initial Assessment, PCP, ISP, contact notes, accurate use of Therap, as well as all other forms of written communication and documentation. Develop and/or assist in the development of the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) Participate in Person-Centered Planning meetings as required Assures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and laws Coordinates any supports or training needed to maintain community relationship including travel training, interpersonal skills, or family support Actively participates in all agency meetings, trainings and other committees as assigned Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Short Term Disability Disability insurance Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement Mileage reimbursement 401k with employer match Professional development assistance Pay: Starting Salary at $50,000.Pay is commensurate with experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field 1 year of relevant experience 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to work nonstandard/flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Valid insurable Maine state driver's license Reliable and accessible transportation Compensation details: 50000-70000 Yearly Salary PIb1c218e139c7-29952-37005536
