Director - Program & Project Management Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager< Job Location: Cleveland, OH< Job Description:< The Salesforce Program Manager is critical to the shared success of our Salesforce Practice Working with our customers and internal teams you will be able to contribute and participate in many activities including solution design sales delivery team leadership and contribute with thought leadership< We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead the design implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our Manufacturing customers The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer success alignment with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing business units< This role will own the health profitability and growth of an assigned client portfolio drive deeper client engagement while oversee delivery performance This role blends strategic advisory solution leadership and operational governance to ensure successful business outcomes and sustained client partnerships< Responsibilities< * Strategic Advisory Innovation Leadership< ·· Engage business and IT stakeholders as a trusted advisor to shape vision roadmap and transformation priorities ·· Lead value-based conversations that link Salesforce capabilities to business impact revenue growth and operational excellence * Inspire innovation through art of the possible demos ideation sessions and business case development< * Drive process reimagination across sales service marketing and operations to unlock efficiency and differentiation Create points of view frameworks and models to support this< Client Engagement Growth< * Mine and shape new growth opportunities through consultative outcome oriented engagements< * Partner with LTIMindtree Salesforce Sales teams Delivery leaders Account teams and Salesforce stakeholders to cocreate strategic roadmaps and expansion strategies ·· Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives serving as a single point of escalation and strategic advisor ·· Facilitate executive business reviews to demonstrate delivered value ROI and roadmap alignment< Portfolio Performance Management< * Own the health profitability and growth of the assigned client portfolio monitor delivery performance client satisfaction and commercial outcomes< * Track and report on engagement metrics CSAT NPS delivery quality scope adherence and margin to leadership and account teams< * Proactively identify risks issues and delivery gaps lead remediation planning with cross functional teams< * Establish and manage governance models including cadence for status reviews steering committees and executive updates< Solution Delivery Excellence< * Architect end-to-end scalable Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud deployments with a focus on adoption and business value realization< ·· Oversee solution design implementation governance and program delivery assurance ·· Guide the development of enterprise architecture artifacts including roadmaps blueprints and integration models * Lead and facilitate Clevel workshops discovery sessions and executive readouts< * Foster internal capability building and mentor delivery and consulting teams< Commercial Leadership< * Collaborate with practice sales leadership account leadership to define account plans growth strategies and expansion opportunities< * Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities across Salesforce and LTIMindtree capabilities< * Support proposal development pricing strategies and contract renewals to ensure sustainable profitable growth< Ideal Background< * 10 years in Salesforce consulting with deep multicloud implementation experience in manufacturing or industrials< ·· Proven experience in advisory roles engaging senior business and IT executives ·· Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing strategic outcomes and creating tangible value * Exceptional storytelling content development facilitation and executive communication skills< * Experience leading largescale digital transformation programs< < Certification< Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Must have< Salesforce certified Data Cloud Consultant Must Have Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional PreferredCleveland - Ohio - USA15 - 20 Years10R19-Sep-2025NACTIVE1406684 Mandatory Skills : Stakeholder Management,Benefits Management,Pursuit/ Proposal Management,Project Planning,Risk/Crisis Management,Project Governance,Account Management & Mining
