About Us Moo’s Craft Barbecue is a family-owned, Los Angeles–based restaurant known for our award-winning “Texas barbecue with an LA twist.” What began as a backyard pop-up has grown into one of LA’s most celebrated BBQ destinations, built on passion, teamwork, and dedication to craft. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Job Summary The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management, staff leadership, financial performance, customer service, and ensuring Moo’s Craft Barbecue continues to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a strong leader with proven restaurant management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Monitor and manage labor, food, and operational costs to achieve financial targets Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently met Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction Assist in hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff Develop and implement systems for efficiency, cost control, and guest experience Collaborate with ownership and leadership team on strategic goals and initiatives Maintain compliance with all labor laws, licensing, and regulatory requirements Qualifications 3–5 years of restaurant management experience required (General Manager or Assistant GM level preferred) Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of financials, budgeting, and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, food, and guest service Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits and Perks Competitive salary (based on experience) Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) plan Paid time off / vacation Employee meals Opportunities for professional growth in a well-recognized restaurant How to Apply Apply directly through Culinary Agent.
