Position Overview: As a   Butcher , you will be responsible for break down, trimming, portioning various meats, poultry, and fish according to prep requirements.  Responsibilities: Consistently prepare various meats, poultry, and fish.  Maintain portion standards.  Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all proteins.  Uphold sanitation and food safety guidelines.  Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume environment.  Strong knowledge of meat cutting and portioning methods.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  Benefits: Competitive wages.
