"> Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This involves working one-on-one with clients, providing support and guidance as they develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/emotional skills. You will also collect and record data on client behavior and progress, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and interventions. Your ability to maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff will be crucial in this role. In addition to these key responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to learn new things every day, work independently, and provide high-quality care to the children we serve.
