Job Title: Seasonal Purchasing CoordinatorIndustry: Heavy Industrial / Overhead Crane ManufacturingLocation: AnaheimEmployment Type: Seasonal (Through December 31, 2025)Position Overview:We are seeking a Seasonal Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement operations during a peak production period in the heavy industrial overhead crane industry. This temporary role will run through the end of the year and is ideal for candidates with strong purchasing experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components critical to crane fabrication and installation.Key Responsibilities:Source and purchase raw materials, mechanical parts, and electrical components for overhead crane systems.Track and expedite orders to meet tight production municate with suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure material availability.Assist in resolving order discrepancies and supplier issues.Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.1–3 years of purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in a heavy industrial or manufacturing setting.Familiarity with industrial components and materials used in crane systems is a plus.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Additional Details:Duration: Immediate start through December 31, 2025Schedule: Full-time hoursCompensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experienceWork Environment: Office-based with occasional visits to the shop floor or warehouse$20 to $25/hrCompensation details: 20-25 Hourly WagePIe59ffae53a4d-37476-38646031
