Description:CRCC is looking to add a full-time center-based BCBA to our growing ABA Program at our Omaha Centers (88th & Blondo and 138th & Q Street). There will be minimal travel between the NW and the SW Center. This position will provide support to staff, clients, and families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. Knowledge and Abilities:Certified as a BCBA; minimum of three year's experience preferred as a BCBA;Completion of 8-hour supervision training based on the Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0)Maintains continuing education requirements for BCBA credential;Willing to increase knowledge in fields of endeavor;Able to read and understand written plans;Able to lift up to fifty pounds and practice 2 person lifting for clients over 50 pounds or when necessary;Able to meet conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, Nebraska State Patrol, criminal history check and fingerprinting.
