Considers business problems “end-to-end,” including people, process, and technology, both within and outside the enterprise. Promotes the use of industry and enterprise technology standards. Monitors emerging technologies for potential application within or across the Corporation. Adheres to design and application development standards, methodology, and framework within Architectural compliance and governance.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesEstablishes and manages key performance metrics, develops goals, and strategies to achieve corporate objectives.Serves as mentor, coach, and leader to the Application Design and Development and Support teams.Works closely with project teams to ensure the success of the Health Performance Assessment System.Takes a leadership role in evolving Molina application development practices.Collaborates with business and IT teams to deliver successful Medicaid Management Information Systems solutions.Coordinates with EPMO and business stakeholders to manage priorities, deliveries, and expectations.QualificationsRequired Education: Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired Experience: 7-9 years in Application Design, Development, and Management within the Healthcare IndustryPreferred Experience: 10+ years in Healthcare Industry, AI Data Integration, Membership and Claims applications, Azure Databricks, Python, Spark, QNXTPreferred Certifications: Microsoft Technology, Mobility, ITILTo all current Molina employees: Please apply through the intranet job listing.Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
