Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.What You Will Be DoingThe role will cover the full sales process and associated tasks and duties including but not limited to : helping organize and steer marketing campaigns, direct cold calling and lead generation, expanding contacts within existing accounts plus establishing meaningful contacts amongst new prospects.Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achievedDeveloping a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accountsDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunityParticipating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to win and close the dealBuilding and developing relationship to work with key client and new prospects at all relevant levelsReflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales databaseMaintaining awareness of market and industry trendsDeveloping the ability to cross / up-sell across a full solution suite and associated delivery modelsWhat You BringPrior experience in technology solutions selling into financial services in the AmericasIndustry knowledge within Capital Markets software is desirable but not essentialExperience with Global Transfer AgencyWhat We Offer YouCompetitive salary and commission planAttractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insuranceA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated teamA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
