Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Lead Software Engineer on the CLM team, you are responsible for designing, building and maintaining key features that are integral to our customers and business. You are a hands-on technical expert who will guide and contribute to our development and operations teams to improve the creation of infrastructure solutions that scale with our rapid growth. As a successful lead engineer, you have a flexible attitude combined with an aptitude to learn and share. You are responsible not only for writing quality, scalable code but also for guiding the team to make the right decisions. You enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment, care about the team’s decisions, and are focused on quality-driven development. You are interested in helping build a complex ecosystem in the cloud with focus on scale and availability.ResponsibilitiesWrite high quality code in C# .Net and other object-oriented languages that is easy to maintain and testAdvocate best practices for strategic and architectural directionParticipate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, Automated testing, Continuous Integration, Code reviews, Version control systems and Automated build processesLead requirement reviews and raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitmentsBe an expert at handling complex incidents and alerts that might span multiple teams and domainsResponsible for proactive risk identification, assessment, planning and mitigationCoach the team on development and testing best practices, and provide growth opportunities to junior members of the teamArticulate clear Software Engineering strategies, plans, goals, and objectives across multiple Engineering domains, projects, and teams, including cross-functional partnersJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
