About the TeamGreenRow is the newest brand under the Williams Sonoma umbrella. Established in 2023, we focus on creating beautiful and functional products using only sustainable materials and manufacturing processes.About the roleAs an Assistant Website Merchandiser, you will execute online business, merchandise, and marketing strategies for the GreenRow site. You will implement site changes to drive conversion, work cross-functionally with tech, creative, merchandising, and e-marketing teams to ensure flawless execution, and participate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team environment.ResponsibilitiesExecute product launches, promotions and optimizations across product pages and shop pathsReview and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to drive sales, conversion and site KPIsReview site content, site feedback and implement changes to enhance overall customer experience across site and across channelsManage all image asset requests for each product launch, which includes attending offsite photo locationsIdentify and recommend new site content and experiences to address customer needs based on analytics, feedback, surveys, and competitive analysisInterface with merchandising teams to ensure site data integrity and correct product set-upInterface with site managers, project management and e-technology team for timely database uploads, site deployments, and reporting of issuesManage database uploads to merchant preview, dev, and QA testing environmentsCoordinate and participate in daily site testing to ensure correct data integrityReview dashboards and maintain sharing out weekly reporting covering site KPIs and trends across owned departments.
