With the backing of OCI's leadership and a clear mission, you will have the resources and autonomy to make a tangible impact on the success of our customers and partners.Join us to build, innovate, and redefine how media and entertainment companies leverage the cloud.Required Qualifications :5+ years of experience in technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering) with exposure to media workflows, cloud infrastructure, or related fields.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and hybrid architectures.Familiarity with M&E workflows (., content creation, distribution, or broadcast) and a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and processes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot cross-stack technical issues.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, including engineers, executives, and creatives.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Key Responsibilities :ISV Onboarding & Integration: Provide hands-on technical support to ISVs, ensuring their solutions are optimized for OCI. Address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and guide ISVs through Marketplace readiness.Solutions Development: Contribute to the creation of a Solutions Library, including whitepapers, reference architectures, and deployment templates that combine OCI services with ISV tools to address common customer challenges.Customer Deployment Support: Collaborate with Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) and sales teams to design and implement custom workflows, such as hybrid render farms, multi-region file systems, and secure asset pipelines.Technical Advocacy: Serve as a technical liaison between ISVs, customers, and OCI product teams.
