We believe in work life balance, training, developing, and promoting our teams from within.A track record of consistent expansion, we anticipate continued growth well past 2025!Candidates must be relocatable within the Colorado MarketManager BenefitsGreat starting salary $65k, additional earning potential with quarterly performance-based bonuses once you get your own store!Great work/life balance - 2 days off per week, Branches are open fewer than 50 hours per week nationwide.Locations close weekly at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 5:00 pm, and closed on SundaysFull health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/Flex spend)401 (k) w/ company matchPaid time off (PTO) plus 6 paid holidaysCar sales experience is not necessary at any level.Managers will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of relocating and overseeing your own retail location.The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times.The Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.Manager ResponsibilitiesLeading yourself and team in a way that supports Carhops Vision and missionSetting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goalsEngaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectationsDriving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operationsOverseeing the sales process and monitor performance and execution.Hire, coach and train all store staff - conduct weekly training and one-on-onesMentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.Manage all aspects of the branch which include sales, inventory and warranty.Analyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance ensuring the branch achieves forecasted goals and objectivesManager RequirementsMinimum 3 years of successful experience as supervisor / manager required.Strong leadership skills with proven record of building, coaching and motivating a team preferredAbility to stay calm, patient & professional at all timesAbility to set and achieve targeted goalsDemonstrated communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and follow up skillsAbility to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)Ability to travel to other stores to assist with coverageMust have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrierWilling to submit to a pre-employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards.High School diploma or equivalentAbout CarHopCarHop, an industry-leader in the Buy-Here, Pay-Here marketplace, specializing in helping those who have not quite perfect credit to achieve transportation independence!
