OverviewSr Analytics Engineer - GTM Strategy and Operations at Databricks. You will be a critical partner to the Global GTM Strategy & Operations and Field teams, providing the data, insights, and infrastructure needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data models, curated reporting tables, forecasts, and dashboards that support everyone from senior executives to individual contributors, empowering them to make informed decisions and spend more time driving customer outcomes.Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Marketing, and other data teams, you will tackle complex data challenges, improve data accessibility, and deliver solutions that bring clarity and visibility to the business. You will also play a key role in advancing our newly created AI initiatives and semantic data curation efforts, helping to establish a strong foundation for advanced analytics, automation, and scalable business intelligence.What You Will Do / ResponsibilitiesBuild: Develop analytic tools including dashboards, tables, analyses, and models that will be used by hundreds of employees in the field (technical and non-technical sales) as well as leaders across the globeProject Manage: Gather requirements and lead execution of strategic analytic projectsRelationships: Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the company, primarily with the GTM strategy and operations teamUse Databricks: Work daily with a variety of data using Databricks’ Data Intelligence PlatformWhat We Look ForYou have 3+ years of experience as an Analyst / Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer with B2B sales, marketing, or finance data (GTM experience highly preferred).You are technical and fluent in data. Advanced SQL (3+ years) and intermediate to advanced Python (2+ years). Experience with BI tools (e.g., Databricks AI/BI, Streamlit). GitHub workflow and PySpark knowledge are a plus.You are passionate about applying AI to transform GTM teams. Experience delivering AI-driven solutions and the ability to design innovative use cases and structure data models optimized for AI readiness.You thrive in partnership with the business and understand how your work impacts the wider GTM team. You seek to understand the “why” behind requests and create innovative solutions. You have a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.You excel in a collaborative environment, translating team needs into clear tasks and deliverables, managing dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with a service-oriented mindset. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on factors such as job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and location.
